• Manage, oversee, and delegate marketing responsibilities along with the marketing team.
• Oversee development, production, and execution of all marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and manage marketing budget for all marketing expenditures.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of marketing and brand experience throughout the client journey.
• Oversee brand, brand usage, and brand experience internally and externally (including swag, events, impacts, and any content marked with the brand).
• Oversee and coordinate all media relationships, marketing vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Oversee social media brand and brand on all social media networks.
• Oversee and manage website design and overall website.
• Oversee email marketing and brand throughout any internal and external email campaigns.
• Oversee all marketing data intake, analysis, and release to leaders.
• Manage all administrative tasks for marketing team including interviewing, onboarding, off-boarding, HR, KPIs, performance, team production, marketing projects, project distribution, and any other administrative needs for the marketing team.
• Develop marketing team members individually through coaching and training to advance their impact and their career path.
• Develop marketing team as a whole to continuously improve marketing production, brand advancement, marketing impact, and company growth.
